Edward F. Wright, DDS, MS, is a professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center–San Antonio. He completed a 1-year general dentistry residency, a 2-year TMJ and Craniofacial Pain Fellowship, and a 2-year TMD research fellowship. He is the Course Director for their school’s TMD Course, Occlusion and TMD Course, and Dental Anatomy and Occlusion Course. Dr. Wright is the primary author of over 50 publications, author of the textbook “Manual of Temporomandibular Disorders” (in its 3rd edition), and Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain.
