Registration for AAOP 2026 provides full access to all clinical and scientific sessions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Attendees will enjoy breakfast each day and lunch on both Friday and Saturday, along with admission to the President’s Reception on Friday evening.

Registration also includes on-demand access to all session recordings from the main program, available after the meeting on AAOP’s learning platform, learn.aaop.org, so you can revisit your favorite presentations or catch anything you missed.

Guest Registration

Guest registration will be available online closer to the meeting as well as onsite. This registration type is available for spouses, family members, or others who will not be attending clinical and scientific sessions but would like to join attendees at the President’s Reception on Friday evening.

Wet Lab Courses

Our Wet Lab Courses will be happening at the AdventHealth Nicholson Center, located at 404 Celebration Place, Celebration, FL.
AAOP is not providing transportation to/from the conference venue to the Nicholson Center. Attendees should plan to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the start of their session.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants may cancel their registration up until 30 days prior to the start of the program and receive a refund with a $25 processing fee.

If a pre-conference course needs to be cancelled for any reason, AAOP will communicate this to registrations as soon as possible and will refund all registration monies.
