Atlas Orofacial Pain and Apnea Group
Associate or Partner Opportunity – Atlas Orofacial Pain and Apnea Group
Upstate NY
Less pain, better sleep.  Our practice is guided by this simple motto as we strive to serve our patients and the dental / medical community with best in class, evidence based treatment.  Atlas is a boutique, upscale, successful orofacial pain and dental sleep medicine practice in Buffalo and Rochester, growing and looking to expand with the addition of an associate or partner.  Lucrative opportunity available for OFP Specialist or general dentist with strong interest in pain and/or sleep.  May also combine with general dentistry.
The Team: Dr. Jeff Goldberg DDS MS MBA started Atlas with the goal of creating the ideal orofacial pain practice after completing the OFP residency at the University at Buffalo, where he now teaches part time as a clinical assistant professor.  Dr. Goldberg is president-elect of AAOP, and board certified by ABOP, ABDSM and ABCP.  Our team includes an exceptional office manager, administrative staff, licensed dental assistants, and a hygienist; we also have a world-class head and neck physical therapist and a renowned nutritionist in the practice.
Location: Our primary location is in the Dent Tower in Buffalo, home of the internationally distinguished Dent Neurology Institute.  Dent is one of the largest neurology groups in the nation with a massive headache center, sleep center (right across the hall!), chronic pain management, and more.  We have a satellite location in Rochester.  We are looking to grow across upstate NY, a culturally rich, beautiful part of the country with low cost of living.  The office is large and comfortable with an elegant, serene atmosphere.
Policies: We are a strictly fee-for-service practice.   We currently see patients 32 hours per week, no evenings, no weekends, no after hours emergencies.  While patient care is our top priority, we are also business focused with a drive toward success.
Resources: In the interest of providing the best possible care, we use CBCT imaging (scans sent to maxillofacial radiologist), 3D printing, intra-oral digital scanning, PBM laser therapy, ultrasound, iontophoresis, Botox, and more.  We have a well equipped lab and resources to do the full range of general dentistry if desired.
Please contact Dr. Goldberg at to discuss further.  Willing to provide travel to Buffalo for serious candidates.
