Case Studies & Literature Reviews in Orofacial Pain & Headache – Saturday Morning Series
9.00 am-12.15 pm ET Online Webcast (Zoom)
The Interprofessional Pain and Headache Rounds and Case Studies and Literature Reviews are designed to encourage the exploration across a wide range of academic topics. We invite clinicians, scientists, students, and patients who seek knowledge through interactive seminars and forums which inspire collaboration, reflection, and discourse.
Our primary goals focus on providing evidence-based content, while understanding the importance of exploring empirical support for novel avenues of patient care
These programs are a complimentary year-long lecture series focusing on pain and headaches, although a wide range of topics are covered which are relevant for healthcare providers, researchers, public policy specialists, patients, and other important stakeholders. Our virtual format was specifically developed to provided better access for clinicians and patients who represent underserved communities, and we now provide a platform for assessing the effectiveness of these efforts. Rounds Lectures are presented by the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine Craniofacial Pain Center in collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. CE is available for dental professionals and psychologists. Multiple orofacial pain training programs now participate in the Saturday morning Case Studies & Literature Reviews and CE is available for dental professionals.
