Fellow: Active members can apply for “Fellow” status by completing the application and submitting documents by January 15 of each year.
Active: Licensed dentists or equivalent degree in good standing within their state or country.
Affiliate: Licensed healthcare providers who are not dentists (MD, DO, PT, RN, etc.), non-dental allied health care professionals, or researchers.
Student: Full-time individuals who are enrolled in a dental or post-graduate dental program as of December 31, 2023.
Retired: Individuals who are retired and no longer maintain an active license.
