Membership FAQ

Member Login: The 2025 membership CVENT software will require you to reset your password on the first login. To do this – please select from the left side of the login screen the link “Don’t know your password?”

Incorrect Membership Type: If your membership type is not correct – please contact staff at [email protected] with the requested change.

Membership Directory: All members will need to complete their online profile using the CVENT software and agree to release the information publicly. Updated membership directory will be available starting January 2025 using the updated profile information.

Invoice: Do you need a paper invoice to pay via check? Please contact staff at [email protected] with the request and invoice will be provided to you.

Need assistance renewing your membership? Please contact staff at [email protected] with question and preferred method of contact (email, phone and availability). One of our staff will be contacting to resolve any issues or questions.

When will the 2025 registration open? Registration for the AAOP 2025 meeting will start in December 2025 using the same software platform. Details will be emailed to all members once registration opens.
